Marriott wanted to brand the Orlando hotel’s restaurant as a premium dining establishment by focusing on its “authenticity.” This was done primarily by incorporating the story of Melissa and her grandfather.
The big challenge was that we had to shoot around an actual working restaurant that day. Also, the people eating in the restaurant were food critics sampling the food, so we had to be careful not to interfere with their dining experience. We think the results were delicious!
