Most “About Us” pages start with the company. We would rather start with the client. Your organization. Your audience. Your message. Your deadlines. Your definition of success.

After all, if you need a video produced, you’re likely either trying to solve a problem or exploit an opportunity. That’s why on our first call (or Zoom/Teams) our focus is to listen, learn and try to understand your goals and see if we're a good fit.  And if we think you'd be better serviced with a solution that doesn't involve us, we'll tell you that too.  

In that discovery process, we’ll ask you some questions like:

• Who is going to watch the video?
• What do you want them to know?
• What environment will they watch it?
• Once they do watch it, what do you want them to think, feel or do?

Those questions sound simple. They are not. But getting the answers right gives the creative and production process a target — and keeps the cameras, graphics, edits and technology focused on the outcome instead of becoming the outcome.
