The Orlando Citrus Parade was a nationally syndicated broadcast program shown in 60-70 TV markets across the U.S. Omni Productions produced this show for 5 years, mastering the logistics challenge of covering a live, moving event, pre-producing roll-in packages and meeting an overnight uplink deadline. After several years of shooting the hosts “live” as the event was happening, we decided to shoot the hosts in a green screen studio 2 days before the parade for better audio, control and scheduling.
