For the past 20+ years, leaders and citizens of Orlando have gathered to honor the legacy of Dr. King and Pappy Kennedy, the first African-American Orlando City Council member. Over the last 15 years, Omni Productions has had the honor of providing video services for the MLK Day event. For this video, we employed 4 cameras switched with operators and streaming services. We worked with the facilities AV team to seamlessly integrate all the tech and help manage staging and show flow. We also often pre-produce video roll-ins featuring interviews and b-roll to highlight historical aspects of the occasion.
